Mmmm… A half-eaten sandwich…

Easy lunch box ideas: Peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat; clementine; raspberries; blackberries; salami; camembert; and a candied bacon with ham and cream cheese on whole-wheat tortilla

Because why throw it away. Especially on a morning when I still don’t have much oomph.

I’m feeling better today, but not by a whole lot. So lunch again had to be a simple collection of bits and pieces easily boxed up.

So I started with the remnants of his peanut butter and banana on whole wheat from breakfast. Then I made a wrap on a whole-wheat tortilla and filled it with cream cheese, candied bacon and ham. Add a clementine, raspberries, blackberries, some salami and a hunk of camembert and we’re good.

Tomorrow… I will feel better. And tomorrow I with post another free lunch (box) giveaway. Stay tuned.

    Haha, I serve half eaten sandwiches, too. Sometimes they’re just too good (and too big). Glad I’m not alone!
