Just wanted to say that I’ve really enjoyed reading your blog, ever since I learned about it from Weelicious. I can’t remember if I learned it from her site or yours, but the other morning, I slathered a whole wheat tortilla with some peanut butter and then, rolled a whole banana in it for breakfast for my toddlers and they loved it! We couldn’t decide if we wanted to call it banana sushi or banana burrito, but the consensus was that they loved it. So, thanks for always giving us readers these great ideas for creative meals. Keep it up!

Thanks so much! So glad you enjoy the site! And while I doubt I have a monopoly on wrapped bananas, that is a staple of Parker’s diet. When I wrap it and leave it whole (or just cut in halves) we call it a burrito. When I cut it into thin slices, it becomes sushi! Funny that you wrote about this today. I was putting some stuff in the back of my car this afternoon and discovered the remnants of one such burrito I’d packed for Parker for a long ride over the weekend. Decidedly less appealing after sitting in the car all week!
