Am pretty sure someone is going to alert CPS of all the ‘cocktail parenting’ taking place=} (that sounds like a good blog name…Cocktail Parenting). Just got a load of Hatch New Mexico chiles. Should I just blister/roast & use as I would an Anaheim or Serrano???

Oh wow, I love that idea. Cocktail Parenting would make such a great book. As for the chilies, I think you are right on. Toast them, cool them, chop them, then mix them with some of the freshest tomatoes, onions and garlic possible. Salsa to die for.
